Newsreel: Coldplay up for several Q Awards

Good afternoon. It has just been announced that Coldplay have been shortlisted for four of this year’s Q Awards. The band are up for best track and best video (both for Violet Hill), plus best album and best act in the world today. It’s not clear whether "today" means today (September 2nd) or the day that the awards are to be presented at a swanky ceremony in London (October 6th).
