Q.  Greetings Oracle!
I was just wondering since Chris and all the members of Muse were all raised in Devon, if by any chance they met before being famous? And also if they have ever worked together? I think that would be amazing since they are both my favorite bands!
Thanks Vane!

Devon is quite a large county so they hadn't met previously. Chris wasn't part of a Devon music scene at the time that Muse were gigging (as another band) the circuit.
Both bands performed at the In The City music convention in 1998 and as you are probably aware, Coldplay supported Muse in 2000.

Q.  Hola Mr Oracle.

I'm currently doing an essay on modern piano pieces in pop music etc, and although this isn't vastly important, I read somewhere that Chris was influenced by Muse/Matt's piano playing when writing the album A Rush of Blood to the Head. Is this true or were the band just listening to Muse at the time?

Well he was if we take it as read that Chris referred to Muse having inspired Clocks which was written at the time you mention of course.

Q.  Hey Oracle.
There's been much speculation with the relationship between Matthew Bellamy of Muse and Chris of Coldplay. Can you elaborate, as most info on the web seems to be unreliable.

I hadn't realised there was any speculation about that at all. Anyway, both bands started out around the same time and toured together in the early days with Coldplay supporting Muse in 2000. Chris & Matt have a mutual like & respect for each other - and bands. They talk when they see each other but they're not close friends.
