Q.  Hello Oracle,

I just found this video of a concert in Australia. What does Chris say at 40:18? I'd love to know that.

Isabelle, Netherlands.

Just before they play ASFOS he says, "If you are wearing a tie, now might be the time to take it off".

Q.  Dear Oracle, am I wrong or there is no audience at this concert? I'm losing my mind trying to figure it out! Hahahahahaha.
Thank you!

It's a private show on 3rd November, 2000 at AB - Ancienne Belgique - for the purpose of recording. It was lost (no pun intended) but has been recently found. It's great isn't it? A fantastic discovery.
There are people there but not a full audience. After the recording, there was a proper show with a proper audience.

Q.  Dear Oracle
A simple question, overall, how many concerts have been performed by Coldplay??

Apparently there have been 990 Coldplay shows.

Q.  In Live 2012 CD Chris is saying something in the Charlie Brown number. It's something like Thank you Netherlands come to Paris".

What is it exactly and what is the meaning of this?

No mention of Netherlands. Chris says "Unbelievable. Thank you for letting us come to Paris". The bit after is tricky because of a slight echo - "and letting us see something so beautiful as". Mmm, it sounds like he's saying 'heaven' but not so sure.

Q.  Amazingly I got tickets for Coldplay at the Albert Hall. Is there a support band playing and if so what is the predicted time that Coldplay will be on stage? Many thanks for hopefully helping with babysitting issues!

AlunaGeorge are the opening act for both nights and the times you need are as follows:

Doors - 6.30 pm
AlunaGeorge - 8 pm
Coldplay - 9 pm

Don't forget, tonight's show will be broadcast live across the Bauer Media Group's UK stations. One of which is Absolute Radio.

Q.  Is it possible to listen to the show that will be broadcasted 1st July from abroad? And how?

The only details we have about live broadcasts for the RAH show are here.
If we get further information, we will of course let you know as we did with the Australia show that is about to start, here.

Q.  Hey O,
Before they sang Oceans at Glasgow Chris said something. I heard this is for all the people who lost their art at Glasgow? Could you explain what he said? Thanks!!

The day before Coldplay performed at Radio 1's Big Weekend (23 May), a fire at the Glasgow School of Art destroyed part of the Mackintosh building.
Firefighters managed to salvage about 70% of the contents but many students lost a lot of work.

Q.  Dear Oracle
Do the band mind if we take pics of them at concerts? May seem a silly question but I am due to see them live and know how I would feel if someone took my pic without permission!! ;/ Thanks!

As long as you're not using a camera that has a detachable lens - i.e. a professional one - you are more than welcome to take photos. That is why we encourage you to upload your photos to our Live section.

Q.  Hello! I understand that Coldplay will perform at BBC 1 Radio Weekend, do you know whether it will be broadcast on Television or Radio?

Thanks Oracle!

As you probably know - given it's been and gone - it was broadcast. If you missed it, or wish to watch it again, you can watch highlights via the BBC's red button.

Q.  Oracle, Have the tickets for Coldplay's NYC tour on May 5th gone up on sale yet?

In the news piece that announced the live dates last week, Anchorman explained that "Ticket information for the remaining five shows will be emailed exclusively to subscribers to the Coldplay mailing list".

If you have signed-up, just sit tight and wait for the email.
