Q. During the concert in Porto, on the 18th of May, when the band were playing Charlie Brown, Chris Martin says "(Jason?) I love you man." And "This is for ???".

Could you please let me know what does he say, and who's Jason (or whoever's name he's saying)?

Yes, he does say Jason. Jason is the guy who invented the Xylobands. After that he says, "This is for the person right at the back now".
