Chris Martin
(vocals, guitar, piano): age 23
Chris grew up in Devon where from an early age, he could be found merrily bashing out tunes on the family piano. He graduated to the guitar and has been in bands since he was 15.

Worst image crisis moment: Used to wear braces on his teeth and have hair that looked like a mop!!

 

 Guy Berryman
(Bass): age 22
Guy was born in Fife, Scotland, though his family later moved to Kent. Inspired by his love of funk and rare grooves records, Guy started playing bass at 13.

Favourite childhood memory: Changing little brother's nappies!!

 
 

Jonny Buckland
(Lead guitar): age 23
Jonny is from Mold, Wales. He first picked up a guitar at 11, encouraged by his older brother. It wasnt until he heard the Stone Roses that he began to take his playing seriously.

Main vice: Chocolate cake!

 

 Will Champion
(Drums): age 23
Will was born in Southampton and spent his formative years learning a variety of instruments whilst watching his beloved Southampton F.C narrowly avoid regulation.
