We appreciate every single message and they are all read, but we receive hundreds of emails, and we’re not always able to reply to them. We also can’t forward messages to individual band members or grant personal requests. Nor can we help with press requests or booking enquiries for the band.

The Coldplay Store is a separate website / entity run for the band by Merch Traffic, and their support / customer service details are below. Be sure to include your order number when contacting them.

The band’s shows are all booked via their live agents and this is not something we can help with, sorry.
